JC Sweet & Co. was founded to provide a website development and internet marketing solution for local business owners. For almost 10 years we have focused on helping local companies use the internet to improve visibility in their local market. We as a company create websites, manage content on websites and various social media platforms, and employ email marketing and internet marketing campaigns.
Many times web development companies will sell web design services and internet marketing products to a local business, without considering “Who, What, When, Where, Why, and What is Next?” Other times graphic designers are hired create a beautiful website design but because the site is not built using the latest technology and/or SEO tactics, Google has a tough time discovering the information on the site and the company never makes it to the top of appropriate searches.
We focus offering personalized services and take a more of an inclusive approach to our web development and marketing planning. We take the time to sit down face to face with business owners and support staff to not only discuss what has brought their company to the point they are at, but also where they want to go. Together as a team we will develop a plan of how to get there.
JC Sweet & Co. offers website management services on a monthly or as needed basis, and determine a plan based on the company’s comfort level with technology and available time and desire to learn. We will set up social media accounts and train users to implement a plan that will be comfortable to use. We are always up front with cost and timeline associated with our process.
Jenny Crawford, owner of JC Sweet & Co., works face to face with web development clients to increase their visibility in the local market. In addition, Jenny is an award winning ambassador and a volunteer with the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County since 2007 helping to manage the social media for both the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County and the regional Think.Buy.Local initiative. In addition, Jenny finds herself lecturing at local seminars including the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County’s Start Up Smart Entrepreneurial Program as well as the SBDC Business Education Seminar series’ located at the University at Albany with her most recent addition as an educator in the SEEDS program.
Jenny Crawford is a connector by nature and prides herself in being a trusted resource for local businesses. She thrives in her role as business owner and Chair Woman for the SSCCC Ambassador as she helps to weave new businesses into the culture of the community. Jenny’s success is due to her belief that the best way to build local business is to cultivate quality relationships and she is eager to educate local business owners on just how to do this through leveraging both face to face relationships and technology.

One week after getting her first home computer in 2000 Rebecca had built her first website. Today Rebecca helps small businesses grow their online presence by creating CMS based websites and crafting thoughtful content for clients to use.
Katy joined the JC Sweet & Co team in 2014, after graduating from Suny Adirondack with a Media Arts degree. Her favorite part of the job is presenting a beautiful, practical website to the client, and watching them take their online presence to the next level.
Victoria is our office administrator extraordinaire. She loves keeping the office organized and keeping the team ready to tackle the day. She also loves helping JC Sweet & Co clients find what they need quickly and ensuring their complete happiness.
While completing her degree, Carlie worked as a part-time Assistant at JC Sweet & Co. Almost ten years later, she works full-time with JC Sweet & Co. as the Operations Manager. Carlie likes to use her skill set to work closely with clients to help communicate their needs and keep the JC Sweet team on track.
